The Rapid Comprehensive Operational Analysis

As part of the Nelson\Nygaard team, Sam Schwartz is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the public transit network serving Grand Rapids. We are leading tasks focused on service reliability issues and potential roles for emerging mobility options. We are also analyzing travel markets using detailed origin-destination data from location-based services on smartphones. All of this analysis will ultimately be leveraged to design an improved transit network for the Grand Rapids area.
