June Duan, Ph. D, PE, joins Sam Schwartz as Technical Director, Traffic Engineering

Sam Schwartz is pleased to announce that June Duan, Ph. D, PE, has joined the firm as Technical Director, Traffic Engineering, and will be based in Irvine, CA. June has over 20 years of experience in transportation operations analysis and traffic engineering design, encompassing interchange and freeway studies, HOV/Express Lane studies, traffic impact studies for new developments, traffic signal synchronization, at-grade rail crossings, airport landside studies, corridor studies, and MOT/traffic control plans. She has worked extensively with Caltrans and other county, local, and transit agencies in California.
