East Harlem Resiliency Plan
Sam Schwartz was transportation lead for this resiliency plan for the neighborhood of East Harlem. Multi-modal connectivity and waterfront access are key concerns and risks for local residents, many of whom are lower-income and do not have access to a personal vehicle. Sam Schwartz evaluated transportation resiliency from multiple perspectives in support of an overall vision for the community.
