Executive Vice President + Director of Transportation Services

Jeffrey Trim is the Executive Vice President and Director of Transportation Services.  He is directly responsible for the Tampa office and all Civil Engineering projects. Trim’s experience includes project management of large scale roadway designs, PD&E studies, conceptual designs, corridor studies, utilities and bridges. He has designed over 50 miles of four and six lane highway to local, state and federal standards. He has also performed preliminary design on over 25 miles of four and six lane highways to state and federal standards. As the Engineer of Record and Project Manager for numerous highway design projects, Trim has successfully managed teams composed of surveyors, geotechnical engineers, environmental scientists, highway noise specialists, and bridge engineers.

Trim is a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer® (PTOE), only one of 2,325 National Commission for Certifying Agencies accredited professionals. The certification is a demonstration of requisite knowledge, skill and ability in the specialized application of traffic operations engineering. As a PTOE, Trim applies a comprehensive knowledge of technology and scientific principles acquired through study and experience to supervision of the day to day operations of traffic systems, including the analysis of those operations, detection of problems and deficiencies, setting of priorities, assignment of resources and development of improvements in operations through geometric design, traffic control or other means.
